* Smooches 4 Pooches is a professional in home pet sitting service which provides complete, daily care to ALL of your pets whilst you are away from home OR, minders own home.
* Smooches 4 Pooches is fully insured with Barkier Meirer Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd and all Smooches 4 Pooches pet sitters hold a current Australian Federal Police Check Certificate.
* Smooches 4 Pooches is a member of the Australian Pet Industry Association and the Professional United Pet Sitters Association.
* As a safe guard, Smooches 4 Pooches provides your pets - free of charge - with the added security of a dog-e-data tag while you are away.

* In the event of unforeseen circumstances. Smooches 4 Pooches pet sitters have emergency back up.
* Smooches 4 Pooches work on a per hour rate and do not charge extra fees for more than one pet.
* Smooches 4 Pooches will always use vehicles devoid of “Smooches 4 Pooches” advertising whilst pet sitting.
* Smooches 4 Pooches will not place identifying information on your keys eg. Your name, address or pet’s name and when not in use will be securely stored by your pet sitter.
* Smooches 4 Pooches service the Central and Southern Gold Coast Area. We will consider other areas on the Gold Coast - however, a daily travel fee will be charged.

Terms and Conditions:

A non refundable $35.00 booking fee is required to confirm your booking.

Account must be paid in full not less than 48 hours before first date of service ($35.00 booking fee will be deducted from final account). 

Smooches 4 Pooches understands that sometimes things don't always go according to plan, so we offer a full refund to finalised accounts (less non refundable $35.00 booking fee) right up until the day of service.

Smooches 4 Pooches will hold in credit for a period of 3 months your $35.00 booking fee should you need to cancel our service and re-book within this 3 month period - after which it will be forfeited to Smooches 4 Pooches.


Consultation Visit:

It is essential to complete a home consultation visit at least 48 hours prior to start date of first service, whereupon any further questions can be answered, a detailed schedule can be constructed, final payment options can be discussed and handover of keys.

* Please note that a spare / backup key will also need to be provided.
